Walking Holidays in the Scottish Highlands
Walking is a National Pastime and now recognised as the largest participation hobby. Close to the Inn is The Dava Way, a scenic walk along the old railway line that used to link Forres with Grantown on Spey. A few miles away you have the amazing Culbin Forrest, with many walks from short ones of just a kilometer or two to ones that are 5K or more. There is also the famous Hill 99 with the firetower's views that stretch across the Moray Firth.
The forrest at Roseisle has forrest walks that stretch from Burghead to Findhorn and you can choose to walk on the beach or in the forrest. Perfect for a picnic on a sandy beach.
