All our beef is procured from MacBeth's Butchers in Forres. Established 25 years ago, MacBeth's supply beef that has been home-grown at their farms in Dallas.
Fed on grass and home-made silage with no compound feeds, they produce a high quality beef that is hung for at least three weeks.
